I am a Vice President with a
construction company in Bangalore.
I have to deal with a lot of people on a daily basis from various backgrounds –
clients to daily wage workers. Before the DSN course, I would frequently lose
temper every time things went out of plan. But after the course, I have become
more aware and sensitive towards the people around me and I now make a
conscious effort to choose my words appropriately. I feel more relaxed after
doing the course.
I have been an executive for a
very long time now and have attended quite a few management development
programs. But DSN is different. Three and a half days in the DSN Course has
equipped me much more than the bunch of expensive management events I have been
to.
I strongly believe that everyone
should experience the DSN course once.
