The transformation I have undergone with the DSN course is DeeeeeeeP !!! 

I am not the old self anymore. The quality of life has improved. There is totally new perspective in the way which I see things happening around me.

I sense that I can now be a witness to my emotions without being judgmental and with continuous sadhana and seva it is bound to improve.
