My
experience after DSN has been that it has made me more calm, relaxed
and stress free....I have been applying sutras of Anandji everytime I
have a difficult situation to handle...taking off the fear of the
consequences, I have been able to cope up in life, much better than I
used to.
I have realised that if I have to do
something, I have to help myself.....and that's why I have been very
meticulous towards sadhana and kriya....I am looking forward for some
meditation course as well.....
I have been spreading the knowledge points to my friends and colleagues as well.....In the morning , when I say 'sarve janna sukino bhavanthu'...i know i mean it and this itself gives me a sight towards peace.
The 2 important catchy points, i almost use everyday is....MAD(make a difference) and DSN (Do something "now')
An amazing course. Must do!
