I am a dedicated AOL follower and worship Sri Sri Ravi Shankar as my Guru.

I attended DSN at Basvangudi, Bangalore from 19th Nov – 21st April 2013. I feel so lucky to have done this DSN with “Shri Anandji”.  He is extremely enthusiastic & electrifying!!!! I enjoyed every moment throughout the course…like classic yoga, meditation, self development, seva, sharing, singing, dancing etc…

I would like to express my deep gratitude towards my sister & my brother-in-law (Chaithali Karanth & Sudheer) without them perhaps I could not have joined this Universal family. Before doing DSN I was feeling insecure, bored, living with negative attitude, worrying for small things, and being a football of others opinions.

But the DSN course has transformed me with a ‘YES’ attitude, I do whatever I like, have improved my decision making skills. It gives life time of knowledge in 3.5 days. One big thing I realize was whatever we do in life we have to do in full intensity & focus so it will brings 100% result. And also I learn how to empty myself and be stress free.

I have drastically improved & now am happy, so I would recommend this to everyone.
